* Liability Waiver - I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release OpTac International, Inc., and supporting instructors free from all claims or liabilities in the event that I am injured during the course of the OpTac International, Inc. Advanced Sniper and Instructor Program. I voluntarily waive my rights to sue or seek damages of any type resulting from this training. I also grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name and images of myself in any photographs, publications, or any print for legitimate purposes. There will be no refunds of any kind after June 1, 2021. I fully understand and agree that if my registration is cancelled or I do not attend the program for any reason after the no refund date that any unpaid portion of my program tuition is due and will be paid within seven days of my notification to cancel or the start of the program, whichever occurs first.
