rate of $72.00 per night, for single or double occupancy

guarantee these rates. A complimentary continental breakfast

COURSE
DESCRIPTION (2 days):
The OpTac International SWAT Fitness
Specialist Certification Program will be held May 14-15,
2009 in Hagerstown, Maryland.
This program will be under the direction
of Stuart A. Meyers, President of OpTac International, Inc.
and Matt Brzycki, Fitness Coordinator, Princeton University,
co-authors of the book, SWAT Fitness. The SWAT Fitness
Specialist Certification Program will provide SWAT officers
and supervisors with guidelines for the establishment of
contemporary physical fitness standards and practical training
concepts. A strong emphasis will be placed on reducing injures
through proper physical training and nutrition, department
liability concerns, muscular function, exercise physiology,
developing training programs for the SWAT athlete, and creating
a balance between strength and aerobic conditioning in order
to achieve maximum results The cost to attend the SWAT Fitness
Specialist Certification Program is $499 per person. There
is limited space available, therefore paid reservations will
be accepted on a priority basis.
